Got my superbase delivered a week ago and everything works perfectly. Love the design and color options.
...& these make four for when I go places with friends, but especially family. These "ping" more loudly than cell phones ring, grabbing the holder's attention immediately, & work reliably in areas with no cell coverage. Probably going to grab a few more ...very useful; meshtastic network really shines with this device.
My Order Number is 8621006 and I did not get my order. I have written a lot of emails. But I did not get an answer and even I did not get my order.
I understand your frustration. We emailed you multiple times but your inbox was full so you did not receive our messages. Your package was returned to us and since I could not get a hold of you, I refunded you.
I really enjoyed the process of building the kit, I did receive a faulty battery. Their CS team had me a replacement mailed out the first day after I contacted them. Would buy from again.
I bought one of the first nodes: the H1 node back before anyone in my area had meshtastic radios. Now in 2026, we have dozens of users. I wanted to upgrade to the SuperBase because of the efficient nRF52840 MPU and the navigation pad so that I can use it without a tablet or phone. This node allows me to send preset messages and "free hand" via a screen QWERTY keyboard. The GPS and compass are nice as well. Bought the upgraded 915MHz antenna for it. Blue is beautiful too. Will play with it more once the battery is fully charged. Happy camper here :o)
