Great device!

I purchased this right before going to a security conference so that I could share some of my older devices with folks to try to get them into meshtastic. This device is fantastic. I only recharged it once over a two day conference with lots of activity. It's very solidly built but not bulky at all. Great job Muzi!

Fantastic EDC Meshtastic node

High quality build. Love that the bottom is metal, will make it a little more drop-safe. Love the high quality 3d printed body. Included GPS is fantastic for putting this on a dog to track them. Love the colored single-button approach, makes it easy to see what the current state of the node is. USB-C is a must, glad it is included.

I will buy more.

From The Netherlands to Ukraine and back

It’s tough being the first mover in a new means of communication. As the first user in The Netherlands there was a lot to figure out. So I wasn’t in a position to write a review earlier.
However after about 6 months of operation, I can finally write a review of the Muzi R1 Neo.
The device is straight forward in its use, but knowing how many times to depress the operating button to toggle through modes takes some time to get used to.
The range is outstanding, much better than anticipated to be honest.
The components and design are good quality, and robust enough to have survived multiple adventures in Ukraine.
The compact size means this device easily fits in my left upper arm pocket along with the usual equipment (See photo).
Everything is still functioning and intact. The only drawback is battery endurance two days at best for me. But that’s the trade off for keeping it compact.
Would I recommend the R1 Neo, absolutely and without hesitation…

The best device in class

My friend own it, i want it too! I was lucky to use it few days, the best device ever. Nice design, range, battery. But unfortunately not available, sad.
