Made of the same material as the body of the radio. Hopefully holds up well in the cold weather
Very happy with this purchase! The R1 fits snuggly and does not slip out. The spring clip is strong enough to use in nonvertical situations as well. (I mostly use mine to clip to my backpack but works well on my belt too.)
Its a clip and it works well. Could use a little more tenshion against thr R1 or a more solid click but worth having overall.
