SuperBase Case Assembly Instructions

  1. Remove the 3M adhesive backing film from the rear of the OLED, then line the OLED up with the OLED Bracket. Attach the OLED to the flat side of the Bracket, making sure it is perfectly square, with the ribbon facing up and the LED cutouts oriented as pictured.
  2. Attach the OLED Bracket to the Board, placing it over the metal cage. Ensure that it is perfectly square and flush before attaching. Once attached, it should not be removed.
  3. Locate the OLED Connector on the back of the Board, and confirm that the latch is flipped open.
  4. Wrapping the OLED cable over the top of the Board, fully insert it into the OLED Connector [gold side down] and flip the latch closed.
  5. Insert the OK Button into the center of the Navigation Pad. It is helpful to slide them in and out a few times to help loosen them up.
  6. Install both buttons into the case front, along with the Back Button.
  7. Slide the GPS Antenna into the Case Front [at an angle], making sure that it is seated snugly in place and the cable exits straight up.
  8. Remove the nut and washer from the SMA connector.
  9. Remove the protective film from the OLED screen.
  10. Ensure that the power switch on the Board and the slider switch on the Case are both in the bottom/OFF position.
  11. Install the Reset Button onto the side of the Board [over and around the USB-C port].
  12. Insert the Board into the Case Front [USB side first]. Make sure the Reset Button remains in place, the slider switch is properly seated, and the GPS cable is not pinched between the Case and the Board.
  13. Connect the GPS Antenna to the U.FL connector [labeled GPS ANT], then tuck the cable so that it sits below the Antenna.
  14. Install (3x black) M2 Screws into the gold mounting holes.
  15. Connect the Battery cable. Make sure the RED [+] cable is oriented to the right.
  16. Place the Battery atop the Board [text side up].
  17. Install the Case Back with (3x Silver) M2.5 Screws, ensuring that the wires are not pinched.
  18. Replace the washer, nut, and screw on your antenna. Your SuperBase is now assembled!
