Canceling your Order
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order if it has not yet shipped. All cancelations must be requested by email to hello@muzi.works and include your order number.

All sale items are Final Sale and therefore not returnable/exchangeable. 

Returns Process

To initiate a return please send an email to hello@muzi.works and include the following information:

• Name
• Postal Address
• Product
• Order Number
• Return request information

The return window is 30 days from purchase.

Receiving a Refund
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
