Heltec T114 Hardware Replacement

We have been excited to partner with Heltec to make available the T114 with local stock here in the US. This board design made it possible to integrate so many features into the small package of the H2T.

Recently there was a hardware level issue discovered with the original design of the board. Heltec has now resolved this issue by making significant changes to the design and will be releasing a new hardware version soon.

What To Do

If you have bought a T114 board or a H2T from us please email us with your original order number - hello@muzi.works - and your desired resolution from the options listed below. First batch of new boards is expected to land at the end of this month (October).

H2T Customers with a US Shipping Address

We are providing two options: send back your H2T with a prepaid shipping label that we will provide, we will replace the T114 board with a new unit and ship you the repaired device.

For customers comfortable with DIY we will send you a new board, along with detailed instructions for replacing the board and $20 of store credit added to your account.

T114 Customers with A US Shipping Address

We will send you a new board and $10 of store credit added to your account.

International H2T Customers

We are providing two options: we will provide you a full refund and you can keep using your H2T as is.

Or we will verify your order with Heltec and they will ship your replacement board directly, we will email you detailed instructions for replacing the board and $20 of store credit added to your account.

International T114 Customers

We will verify your order with Heltec and they will ship your replacement board directly and $10 of store credit added to your account.
